With approximately 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry Garrett has a proven track record of results. His work experience covers all areas of cost management primarily focused on real estate finance, budget/ cost controls, and loan (cost) monitoring. To date he has worked on 500+ development projects totalling $5+ billion dollars in financeable value.
Garrett holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, he holds a PQS designation with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He also sits on the executive committee of the Calgary chapter of the Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta.

Arsheel Hirji, MBA
Principal
With over 20 years of experience, Arsheel specializes in navigating and illustrating complex financial strategies to unlock capital from government, financial institutions, and impact investors. He has leveraged multiple avenues to generate significant value for clients, realizing over $500M in incentives, grants, and low-cost financing solutions in the last five years.
As an accomplished sustainability practitioner, Arsheel has advised clients on over $1.5B in investments in high-performance buildings and green technology. Supporting both private and public sector clients, he has contributed to over 40 buildings achieving green building certifications, including LEED, GreenBuild, and the Zero Carbon Buildings Standard.
Arsheel holds an Executive MBA from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Environmental Management from the McGill School of Environment. He also serves on multiple boards and industry associations, most notably as Director of Development for the Calgary Arts Academy.
