Garrett Ayers, PQS
Founder & Managing Director
With approximately 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry Garrett has a proven track record of results. His work experience covers all areas of cost management primarily focused on real estate finance, budget/ cost controls, and loan (cost) monitoring. To date he has worked on 500+ development projects totalling $5+ billion dollars in financeable value.
Garrett holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University. Additionally, he holds a PQS designation with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He also sits on the executive committee of the Calgary chapter of the Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta.
Outside of work Garrett capitalizes on his down time as a avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast (i.e.. skiing, cycling, paddleboarding, etc.) when not spending time with his dog, Hamish.
Arsheel Hirji, MBA
Principal
With over 20 years of experience, Arsheel is a master at navigating and illustrating complex and innovative financial strategies for unlocking capital from government, financial institutions, and impact investors. Arsheel has leveraged multiple avenues to generate significant value for his clients, with over $500M of incentives, grants, and low cost financing solutions realized in the last 5 years.
As an accomplished sustainability practitioner, Arsheel has also advised clients on over $1.5B of investment in high performance buildings and green technology deployment. Supporting both private and public sector clients, he has contributed to over 40 buildings achieving various green building certifications, inducing LEED, GreenBuild, and Zero Carbon Buildings Standard.
Arsheel is a graduate of Royal Roads University (Executive MBA) and the McGill School of Environment (Bachelors of Environmental Management). Additionally Arsheel serves on multiple boards and industry associations, most notably, as a Director of Development for the Calgary Arts Academy.
